§ Mr. MorleyBritish Waterways have announced proposals to restore the northern section of the Lancaster Canal to navigation. The project will be taken forward by the Northern Reaches Restoration Group which comprises British Waterways, local authorities, The Waterways Trust and other voluntary organisations.
