To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what assessment she has made of the impact on sand eel stocks of the 2002 total allowable catch for sand eel stock. [46395]

No assessment has yet been made. The fishery operates during the second and third quarters of the year, approximately from May to August.
