§ Baroness Symons of Vernham DeanWe understand that the Gibraltar House of Assembly Select Committe on Constitutional Reform has produced proposals. The Government of Gibraltar have not yet passed these to Her Majesty's Government. We will consider carefully any proposals we receive.
