§ Mr. BradshawMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary last raised the human rights situation in Chechnya with Foreign Minister Ivanov in March 2002, during the latter's visit to the UK. He also discussed Chechnya with the Russian Defence Minister in December 2001.
