§ Lord Hunt of Kings HeathThe draft national minimum standards for care homes for younger adults place strong emphasis on meeting the assessed needs of service users and providing appropriate programmes of care. The Government have carried out an in-depth consultation exercise targeted specifically at service users with drug or alcohol problems and we will continue to take users' views into account when developing these standards.
