To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the schemes under section 590 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 the Inland Revenue has approved which relate to retirement ages. [11389]

Approximately 200 schemes have received Inland Revenue approval under section 590 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. The identity of individual schemes is protected by obligations of taxpayer confidentiality.
