To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what reason was given to him by the Social Security Advisory Committee for its decision not to enforce the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001; what discussions he had with SSAC prior to that decision; and if he will publish the minutes of such discussions.
