To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (1) if he will make a statement on the process for(a) deferments, (b) exemptions and (c) waivers, set out in the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001; [8047]

(2) when he will issue written guidance to offices on the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001; and if he will place a copy in the Library. [8046]
