asked Her Majesty's Government:

What is the usual timetable for the answering of Questions for Written answer; and whether they consider that Questions tabled on 2 July, 3 July and 4 July should have been answered by now. [HL847]

The Government endeavour to answer all questions within two weeks. All of the questions referred to should have been answered within this time scale. I regret that they were not but can assure the noble Lord that they are in the process of being answered, or have already been answered.
