To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions in each year since 1995 what the total value of Government assistance and subsidy was for(a) London Underground running costs, (b) London Underground capital costs, (c) London Transport, (d) each of the rail operators and (e) Railtrack; and if he will make a statement.
