To ask the Prime Minister (1) when he last spoke to the Minister for Local Government and the Regions; [9635]

(2) if he has communicated with the Minister for Local Government and the Regions concerning the latter's 12 September press release on councillors' allowances; [9636]

(3) on 'what occasions he has spoken to the Secretary of State for Transport since 10 September; and what matters were discussed. [9632]
