§ Maria EagleOur proposals to amend the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) are set out in our response to the Disability Rights Task Force, "Towards Inclusion—civil rights for disabled people", which was published on 5 March. Copies are held in the Library.
We will end the exemption of small employers from the DDA's employment provisions in 2004.
