§ Baroness Hollis of HeighamInformation is not available on the subsequent history of people whose applications for budgeting loans or crisis loans are declined because of outstanding debt or inability to repay. Crisis loans are available to the vast majority of people in an emergency or disaster where there is no 113WA other means of preventing a serious risk to the health of the applicant or a member of their family. In 2000–01 just 0.4 per cent of crisis loan applications were refused because of inability to repay.
