To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what permissions to borrow have been given to the Isle of Wight council for the years(a) 1999–2000, (b) 2000–01 and (c) 2001–02; and if he will indicate which are for a specified project or projects. [7958]
