A Regulatory Impact Assessment of the measures in the Welfare Reform end Pensions Act 1999 was published on 21 May 1999. The Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) 1211W Miscellaneous Amendment Regulations 2000 ensure that all the commitments made during the passage of the Act are met.
