§ Mr. MeacherNo. This information was excluded from the version of the Arthur D. Little report which we published on 27 July, because we concluded that publication would cause unreasonable damage to British Nuclear Fuels' commercial operations or to the economic case for the Sellafield MOX plant itself. The only customers specifically identified in the report, E.on of Germany and OKG of Sweden, had already publicised their commercial arrangements with the company.
