§ Beverley HughesThe study has contributed useful material for further development of proposals but it does not stand alone, and was an internal document not designed for wider circulation. The National Association 1219W of Citizens Advice Bureaux has been commissioned to develop a project proposal. I expect to make an announcement early in the new year.
