§ Mr. MacShaneAt my meeting with the Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, I made clear our concerns about the human rights situation in Tibet and urged the Chinese Government to enter into dialogue with the Dalai Lama, about the future of Tibet. The Chinese Foreign Minister took note.
