§ Margaret Beckett[holding answer 23 November 2001]: Between 1 June and 21 November a total of 14,230 working days was lost due to strike action by 1030W departmental staff who are members of the Public and Commercial Services Union. Our aim is to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible.
