§ Lord Macdonald of TradestonAs a Minister of Her Majesty's Government, the noble Baroness, Lady Morgan, was eligible to join the Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund (PCPF) if she so wished. All members of the PCPF are required to pay contributions, currently at a rate of 6 per cent, on their pensionable salary.
