I refer my hon. Friends to the reply given to my hon. Friend, the Member for Hendon (Mr. Dismore) on 23 November 2001,Official Report, column 493W. Ernst & Young are due to deliver their conclusions before decisions are taken on the value for money of final bids for the Government's modernisation plans for the London Underground. The Secretary of State is still considering the timing of publication.
