To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs if she will list those local bodies which were set up under legislation which is the responsibility of her Department and its predecessors since May 1997. [17587]

No such local bodies have been set up since May 1997 tinder legislation which is the responsibility of my Department or its predecessors.
