§ The Parliament Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Lord Hunt of Kings Heath)The Department of Health plans to issue final guidance to local councils on charging for non-residential social services later this year. The guidance will seek to ensure that charging policies do not create barriers to work for disabled people.
