§ Mr. BoatengNumerous representations were received during the development of the levy, and these are listed in Table A.3 of Lord Marshall's November 1998 Report "Economic Instruments and the business use of energy".
More recently, the Government have received representations supporting the levy from a variety of environmental organisations and other interested parties.
