§ Mr. CabornCurrently £264 million held in the national lottery distribution fund (NLDF) is not committed to specific projects. This figure represents 8 per cent. of the current NLDF balance. Lottery distributing bodies have forecast that the balance will reduce considerably over the next three years and the Government attach high priority to ensuring that happens.
