§ Mr. MeacherMy noble Friend Lord Whitty visited the River Trent at Nottingham with British Waterways on 22 October. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has no current plans to visit rivers managed by British Waterways, but would like to do so at a future date if practicable.
