Why the results of the inquiry into the testing of sheep brains for BSE were delayed; and when the results will now be made. [HL1255]

The work is being done as quickly as possible. Given the enormous sensitivities, it is obviously right for the issues to be examined with the greatest of care, so the full facts can be established. Whatever the outcome, the results will be put into the public domain as soon as possible.
