To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions (1) what are the terms of the brief given to the Finsbury Public Relations firm in relation to his Department's relations with the City; [14460]

(2) when he decided to employ Roland Rudd of Finsbury Public Relations to advise on his Department's relations with the City; [14463]

(3) what the expected monthly cost is to his Department of the cost of employing Finsbury Public Relations. [14459]
