Friend the Member for Ealing, North (Mr. Pound) on 31 October 2001,Official Report, column 738W, we have decided not to pay the agrimonetary compensation currently available for the arable sector. Any future payments of agrimonetary compensation must be balanced against the needs of other sectors and taxpayers.
