Whether they consider a delay of several months by the Chief Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission in responding by letter to a Parliamentary Question to be acceptable. [HL1509]
§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonDue to an administrative oversight, the Chief Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission was not notified in the usual way of this particular Parliamentary Question. I apologise for this. The Chief Commissioner has now been asked to write to the noble Lord, and a copy of his letter will be placed in the Library.
