§ Mr. TimmsAs with any tax, the Chancellor will keep the climate change levy under review as part of the normal Budget process.
For the levy negotiated agreements, the first review of performance against targets will take place at the end of 2002. The first review of the targets themselves will take place at the end of 2004.
