699WDSS Corporate Communications have commissioned the following research from NOP since 1 May 1997 at a total cost of around £100,000:
- Project Access: Targeting Benefits to the public;
- Project Access: Phase 2 Product Research;
- Project Access: Strategy Phase 2 Letters;
- Project Access: Consultation with customer representatives;
- New Deal 50plus: Advertising research.
NOP were also commissioned to conduct the DSS Internal Communications Qualitative Research during 1999–2000 at a cost of £62,240.
GGC is not an organisation with which the Department has had contact.
