§ Mr. Charles ClarkeThe Youth Justice Board has provided £49,075 in 1998–99, £1,624,932 in 1999–2000 and £2,879,237 in 2000–01 for private consultants to tackle delays in the youth justice system including with persistent young offenders. It will provide further funding in 2001–02.
