§ Dr. MoonieBabcock Rosyth Defence Ltd., the owners of Rosyth royal dockyard, currently operate a regional marketing agreement for the disposal of surplus Ministry of Defence assets in Scotland, northern England and Germany. A list of those assets disposed of since the agreement came into operation in January 1997 could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
