§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalInformation on Foreign and Commonwealth Office expenditure plans for financial years 2001–02 to 2003–04 (including provision for the British Council and BBC World Service) will be included in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office 2001 Departmental Report, to be laid before Parliament shortly. The report will also include details of Foreign and Commonwealth Office, BBC World Service and British Council outturn in financial years 1995–96 to 2000–01.
