Mr. Robert AinsworthMy officials have had a number of meetings with representatives of the direct mail and promotions industry and other interested parties to discuss a producer responsibility initiative. Some progress has been made and I am hopeful that a voluntary scheme to increase the recycling of "junk mail" can be agreed.
