asked Her Majesty's Government:

Further to the Written Answer by the Baroness Ramsay of Cartvale on 29 January (WA 33–34) on the changes made in the Nice Treaty to "Enhanced Co-operation", whether the extension of this to Pillar 2 of the Treaty of Union makes possible the adoption of foreign policy initiatives in the future provided that they are supported by eight member states.
