To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list the applications for credit guarantees relating to Saudi Arabia received by the ECGD in the last 20 years, indicating the companies, amounts and projects in Saudi Arabia involved. [153726]

Over the last 20 years ECGD has issued no guarantees in respect of credit business with Saudi Arabia. There have however been some 54 guarantees issued totalling £14.6 billion in respect of cash contracts.

Details of applications which have not been the subject of a guarantee are subject to legitimate confidentiality under Exemption 13 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information and are not included in this answer.
