§ Mr. SpellarMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence has signed four certificates claiming public interest immunity in respect of intelligence material which is relevant to the Bloody Sunday Inquiry. The Tribunal has approved two of the claims; rulings on the other two are awaited.
