§ Clare ShortDuring our emergency assistance to Kosovo we funded a wide range of NGO projects. We are currently focusing on improving administrative systems, the capacity of Kosovars to govern themselves and preparing for elections. We have, provided support through NGOs for voter education, election monitoring, and housing projects.
