§ Mr. TimmsThe carbon dioxide emission projections set out in paragraph 6.15 of the 2001 Economic and Fiscal Strategy Report include the effect of the additional measures that are set out on pages 124 to 125 of the Climate Change Programme. These measures are not included in Table 1 on page 53 of the Climate Change Programme, which sets out the UK's baseline emissions.
