§ Ms Beverley HughesThe procedures to be followed for the adoption or approval of development plans are set out in the Town and Country Planning (Development Plans) (England) Regulations 1999. These require printed copies of a development plan to be available for inspection or purchase, as soon as practicable after its adoption or approval. There are currently no plans to prescribe a timescale for plan publication.
