Harbour authorities vary in ownership and size, with some overlaps of jurisdiction. With those provisos the following list contains the names of the Harbour authorities in England based on the latest information available to the Department. Each authority will have its own constitution setting out its membership details and these will vary widely. We do not hold this information centrally.
