The NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency's annual report and accounts have been published today and copies have been placed in the Library.

§ Mr. Salter
To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will publish the 2000–01 annual report and accounts of the Medical Devices Agency. [6036]

§ Yvette Cooper
We have received the report and accounts of the Medical Devices Agency and copies have today been laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the requirements of sections 5(2) and 5(3) of the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act 1921. Copies have also been placed in the Library.
