§ Mr. BoatengHM Customs and Excise have consulted widely on a VAT concession for home care which will be introduced at the same time as proposed changes being introduced by the Department of Trade and Industry to regulate the private recruitment industry. The concession will ensure that these changes do not lead to any VAT increase in charges for those who receive care in the home.
