§ Ms Rosie WintertonPrevious soundings from within the judiciary, the professions and court users have revealed a wide range of views on whether, and to what extent, court dress should be reformed. Given continued concern in some quarters, the Lord Chief Justice is consulting with the professional bodies. Once the results 157W are available, the Lord Chancellor will consult with the heads of division and decide what action, if any, it would be appropriate to take.
