To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what representations his Department has received from(a) local authorities and (b) Government Departments on the legal status of GCAT and S-CAT; and if he will place copies of such representations in the Library; [3817]

(2) what legal advice his Department has received on the legal status of GCAT and S-CAT; and if he will place copies of such legal advice in the Library. [3816]
