§ Mr. BradshawAt the next session of the Ad Hoc Group in Geneva, the UK will continue to press for completion of the BWC protocol and resolution of the outstanding issues identified by the Chairman of the Ad Hoc Group, Ambassador Toth. There are a limited number of specific items in his "composite text" where further work is required. These are to be found in the sections on Definitions, Declarations, Visits, Measures to strengthen the implementation of Article III of the Convention, Investigations and Legal issues. The UK will continue to work closely with the Chairman and other Delegations to attempt to find solutions to these issues which are acceptable to all.
