To ask the Prime Minister if he will make it his policy that no severance payments are made available to former Ministers where loss of office has been mainly or wholly caused by personal misconduct. [148021]

I have no plans to change entitlement to severance pay, which is set out in the Ministerial and Other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991.
