§ Mr. VazMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary had a bilateral meeting with Foreign Minister Cem in the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna in November. They discussed the EU/Turkey accession partnership, the UN sponsored Cyprus settlement talks and European defence. They also met at the NATO Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels in December.
